These days the biggest concerns on a lot of folks minds (especially us parents) is this new outbreak of swine flu. But what is it exactly? And more importantly... Will it kill us all?

Now there are so many Christians out there that are willing to scream "End of the world" or "New World Order", at anything that is a little abnormal. Call me insensitive if you want, but I think that people who base their positions on fact less evidence are certified "lunatics!" Regardless of whether they are Christians or just plain old conspiracy theorists. Ever since November 4, 2008, I have heard more "end of the world" talk than I have my entire life! It's sickening, not to mention, completely fiction!

"Swine flu" is no more deadly than "flu". The only difference about this strain of flu is that no one is immune to it because there has been no known cases of this strain in the US until now. However, the swine flu has come around before.

Complications from influenza kill over 36,000 people every year in America. While most of the people that have complications are either very young, very old, or have a pre-existing condition (such as ammonia or AIDS).

If you are unlucky enough to catch swine flu... IT WILL GO AWAY IN 7 DAYS!!! Just like any other strain of flu. Unless, of course, you have some type of condition that complicates the normal course of the virus. In which case, it's still not likely to be deadly.

Leave it to the filthy media to make this out to be some type of "I Am Legend" outbreak... It isn't. If the greedy corporate media people had their way in our lives we'd all build germ free clean rooms in our basements! Then we'd all contain our families in the rooms and watch more bull crap news all day. They would have great ratings but we would live our lives in total panic! This is really good for their business, but sucks for us!
