WHAT DO YOU FEAR THE MOST? WHAT DO THINK IS HOLDING YOU BACK? HOW CAN YOU OVERCOME YOUR FEAR?
THE ANSWER
The first thing you need to do is get fear as far away as possible. You do that by doing the very thing that your afraid of. Ralph Emerson said "DO The Thing Get The Power" 9 times out of 10 the thing you are afraid of is not as bad as you think it is. You have to remember that what ever you think is true. It's true to you, so your goal is to switch your mindset from bad to good. From negative to positive.
And The most important thing to do is get excited about the positive. Excitement kills fear, fear and excitement can't contain the same space. Get excited about your marriage, your children, your new business etc.. Think positive thoughts, good thoughts. Get negative people from around you. If you stay focus on your positives goals versus the fear you won't have time to invest in the negative.
Also get a workout partner or business partner or prayer partner someone who will motivate you to do what you know you wouldn't do by yourself. Someone to encourage you, train you,model the correct actions for you and lastly, cheer lead your effort.
When you are full of joy, knowledge, unselfishness, and positivity you will start to attract the positive things in life. You attract what and who you are. For example, A good way to judge what you throw off is to look at peoples facial expressions and body language. It usually is mirroring yours. If the person your talking to is not smiling chances are neither are you. If everyone who comes to you talks about negative things thats probably what you talk about to.
So if you want to start attracting more positive things into your life such as optimism, courage, pleasant thoughts, you have to be those things first. And don't forget to get excited.
