First ask yourself this question. What draws me to other people? This is important because we tend to attract the same type of people we reflect. So if your not happy with the type of people your attracting into your life. Take a look at yourself and be willing to improve yourself.

One of the greatest attributes all the great leaders had or possessed was charisma. Webster Dictionary defines charisma as the ability to arouse special popular loyalty or enthusiasm.

Each of us have special abilities or talents that have the ability to affect people in a positive light. Your goal no matter how evident those gifts and talents are should be to develop them as well as develop an appealing personality to cause others to respond to you in a positive way. If you learn how to make people feel good about themselves or about what they do you'll find that people will want to be around you all the time. John C. Maxwell uses the following acrostic to define Charisma.

A –ffirmation
